At the core of my therapeutic practice lies Relational Therapy, a modality I prioritize because of the profound belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is the most crucial component of the healing process.   • Safety and Witnessing: In our sessions, creating a safe space for you to be authentically yourself is paramount. It's in this environment that true healing begins, through being seen, heard, and genuinely witnessed.

By engaging with your inner child, inner teenager, protector parts, exiled parts, and manager parts, we delve into the complexities of your inner world. The process aims to foster a connection with the loving, wise part of your Self, guiding you toward inner harmony and understanding

This journey involves:

  • Embodying Holistic Healing: As an Aquarian thinker, I champion a holistic perspective that encompasses not just the mind and body, but the spirit and the larger ecosystem we are part of. My practice is an invitation to explore healing that honors the complexity and interconnectedness of our being.

  • Decolonizing the Psyche: My work is a testament to the commitment to unearth and address the oppressive structures that reside within our psyche. This process includes a mindful examination of my capacity, slowing down to resist the urgency culture, and engaging in rituals that honor both grief and the sacredness of our existence.
